Take On Me - Student year level tagging upgrades

Sam

Adding year levels to students is now easier than ever. With the new dropdown, select from previously used year level tags or create new ones. You can now sort lists of lessons and students by year level. Share year level specific calendars showing only specific lessons for a certain year level.

Advanced year level tagging is here

Previously, adding year levels to students didn't do too much in Recite. This has now changed completely. We've completely reworked how year levels work from the ground up. Assigning a year level to a student is now smoother than ever thanks to a new dropdown that lets you quickly create a new year level on the fly or search for an existing one to attach.

Filtering by year level tags

You can now filter both your student lists and your lessons by year level, making it much easier to plan ahead and get a focused view of your schedule. Want a quick view of all your Year 7 lessons coming up for Term 1? Just pop open the new filter options and you'll have exactly what you need in seconds. It's a small change that makes a big difference when you're juggling a full and busy schedule.

Year level shared calendars

You can now also create shared calendars scoped to a specific year level, which is particularly handy for schools and classroom teachers. Instead of sharing your entire calendar, you can generate a year level specific shared calendar and send it out to whoever needs it.
