Feature
Rock With You - Create an entire timetable in one click
Generate an entire term's timetable in one click. The new Scheduling Assistant works with your availability to place lessons automatically, avoid clashes, and handle rotating schedules.
Build Your Timetable in One Click
A new term means rebuilding your timetable and that usually means hours of manually creating lessons one by one, juggling student availability, and hoping nothing clashes.
No more. Today we're introducing the Scheduling Assistant, a new feature that lets you generate an entire term's worth of lessons in a few clicks.
How It Works
1. Set your dates. Choose a start date, end date, lesson duration, and whether lessons repeat weekly or monthly.
2. Add your lessons. Create lesson groups by selecting students. One student per group for individual lessons, or multiple students for group lessons. Drag to reorder groups higher in the list get the earlier time slots.

3. Preview. See a full timetable preview showing every scheduled lesson before anything is saved.

4. Create. One click and all your lessons are created at once.
Features That Make It Work for You
Works around your availability. The assistant only places lessons in your available time slots, automatically avoiding existing events and clashes. Zero double-booking.

Rolling offsets for rotating schedules. Set an offset (e.g., 30 minutes) and each week's start time shifts forward by that amount. No more manually rotating times every week or month.
Flexible overflow. When an offset pushes a lesson past your available hours, choose whether it wraps back to the start of the same day or moves to the next available day.
Automatic student reminders. Optionally enable lesson reminders on every generated lesson so students are notified ahead of time.
Group and individual lessons together. Mix one-on-one and group lessons in the same timetable, all scheduled in one pass.
