Introducing shared calendars. Easily generate shareable links for calendars for each teacher in your organisation.
Generate Shared Calendar Links
You can now create a shared calendar link for any teacher in your organisation. Simply generate a unique link and share it with students, parents, or anyone who needs access. For added security, shared calendars can also be password protected. There are also plans to add all sorts of other types of shared calendars in the future too!
Redesigned Calendar Settings
To support shared calendars, the Calendar Settings page has been refreshed.
From the Calendar Settings tab, you can now:
- Create and manage shared calendar links
- Configure calendar sync and export settings
A new side panel makes it easier to manage everything in one place.
Enhanced Repeat Lesson Settings
Creating multiple lessons at once just got more flexible.
You can now set:
- A maximum start time
- A maximum end time
If a rolling offset pushes a lesson past the maximum end time, it will automatically wrap back to the start of the day. Keeping your schedule within your defined time range for each day.
Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements
This update also includes several refinements to improve your workflow:
- When returning to the timetable after viewing a lesson, the calendar now displays the week that lesson was in.
- After creating a new lesson, the timetable calendar automatically shows the week of the newly created lesson.
- Resolved an issue where invoices generated from billing cadences had no due date.
