I'm Yours - Assign teachers to students and contacts
Assign teachers to students to manage exactly what students are shown to each teacher in teacher mode. This allows many schools and studios easier ways to control the student data their teachers can see.
Choose what students or contacts a teacher can see.
Often many schools or studios want to specify what list of students each teacher can see and manage. This allows schools or studios easy control over the students data their teachers have access to. It also means that teachers won't get overwhelmed with the very long list of students and contacts in the entire school or studio!
Select teachers with the click of a button in Studio Mode.
To assign teachers to a student or contact, simply view a student or contact in Studio Mode and you will be presented with a new button underneath their name. Clicking this will allow you to control exactly what teachers are assigned. You can also select "everyone" to allow all teachers to view the student or contact.
Teachers can create their own contacts and students that will be assigned to them.
If you give teachers permission to create contacts or students in Teacher Mode, these will be assigned only to them. This allows each teacher to keep their own list of students independent of each other.

When in Studio Mode and viewing a teacher, you can now view the list of assigned students and contacts allowing you to easily see what the individual teacher will see when they are in Teacher Mode.
