Feature
Come Together - Update multiple lessons at once
You can now easily select multiple lessons when viewing a student or a contact and immediately update them to published or draft. You can choose to notify all the students when updating to published too. This update also provides improvements to onboarding for teachers, bug fixes, longer lists and filtering options for lessons.
Update more than one lesson at a time.
It doesn't take long for the number of lessons to get out of hand quickly! Especially if you are trying to publish a whole bunch of lessons you have created before the start of term to all your students. Now with multiple selection, easily select the lessons in a list to update all of them at the same time!
Filtering options for lessons.
Not only can you select multiple lessons to update at once, but you can also filter your lessons by a date range or its status. This makes finding those draft lessons or lessons for a given week or term, super easy and fast.
Improvements to billing cadences.
Billing cadences have also had a slight tweak. Billing Cadences will no longer add lessons that are drafts to the invoice.
Improvements to onboarding for teachers.
When inviting teachers to join your organisation they were prompted to add their own organisation/business details. This has been changed so when a teacher signs up from an invitation to your organisation, they will no longer have to add personal business details.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
There has also been some bug fixes and performance improvements for some parts of the application. The calendar has been improved to ensure the lessons/schedule is updated properly when lessons are changed/added.
Longer lists!
As you may have already seen, many of the lists such as students, lessons and invoices will now show more per page. See more of your data easily without having to go through pages and pages!
